Parents & families sometimes need to contact the school to discuss how students are going, and this is always welcomed by teaching staff. It’s really easy to get in contact via a Compass email.

Follow the ‘Send email to …’ link beneath each student profile on your parent screen, choose or add a recipient from the staff list within this tab, and type a quick message to the staff member involved.

Staff are regularly checking their emails, and a response will follow as quickly as possible, keeping in mind that teachers are preparing for and teaching classes throughout the day.
