School Council is made up of elected representatives of parents, students, staff and community members as well as Mr Ralph. Amanda, our acting Business Manager, also is present to take minutes and organise the admin side of things.
We meet once a month during term time to make decisions about how our school operates. From fundraisers, to big building projects, School Council is the body that gives projects the tick of approval.

School Council has a number of sub-committees that anyone is welcome to join including:

• Finance - to oversee all of the school finances.
• Student Voice - for students to share their ideas and opinions.
• Uniform - to work on changes to the school uniform.
• Student Sponsorship - for organising financial support for students when they represent our school at big events.
• Community Connections - to develop the connection between our school, families and the broader Hawkesdale Community.
• Physical resources - to manage the building and maintenance of physical resources (like buildings and major projects) for our school.
