Transition to primary school plays an important role in familiarising incoming kindergarten students with what life will be like as a Prep student next year.

With the end of the year quickly approaching, we are currently thinking ahead to our classes for 2026.

The Kinder to Prep transition program aims to ensure the smooth transition of local kindergarten students to the Hawkesdale P12 College, and to develop sense of familiarity with our College surroundings and the P-2 classroom space. Developing positive relationships between school staff, and junior primary school students.
